Our Mission

Pittsburgh Pianofest is a newly established organization with an intent to create new performance opportunities for young pianists in our community. Our goal is to cultivate the understanding of music through music analysis in a lecture recital format. Pittsburgh Pianofest hosts annual themed festival on one chosen composer or one genre of music. We hope to foster the musical growth in a non-competitive learning environment.
